Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
